The Class of 2019 40 Under 40: Spencer Wolf and Carlos Torres Spencer Wolf is the Technician Specialist at ECM USA, Inc. While he has only been working at ECM USA, Inc. for a short time, Spencer has excelled in bringing new skills to ECM’s in-house development lab such as 3D modeling and CFD analysis of parts in the furnace, to reduce the need for physical testing. This bright young man has also developed studies which contributed to analyzing the effectiveness of gas quenching. Carlos Torres is the CEO at MATTSA. He has been in the heat treat industry in Mexico for more than 15 years, where he runs MATTSA, a furnace manufacturing company, as well as other heat treat operations. He is also responsible for the growth of a division of a company known worldwide and dedicated to the instrumentation and controls for the heat treat industry.
