The Florida State Board of Trustees has approved a filing to challenge the ACC's withdrawal penalties, claiming "that ACC’s exit fees, and GOR penalty, violates Florida antitrust law; that GOR presents an unenforceable penalty; breach of contract claim; breach of fiduciary duty claim."
