40 Under 40 Class of 2020 Highlights: Trenton Davis and Drew Manning Heat Treat Today is privileged to oversee the 40 Under 40 recognition awards highlighting a group of young leaders rising up in the North American heat treat industry every year. The Class of 2020 is a high-achieving, motivated, and heart-felt group of significant contributors to the heat treat market. Here are two highlights from this year’s class. Trenton Davis is the process engineer at Techniques Surfaces USA. Trenton has effectively demonstrated his metallurgical expertise and applied it towards in-house nitrocarburizing operations in the Chattanooga, Tenn. facility. Read more about Trenton here. Drew Manning is the senior manufacturing engineer at John Deere. Drew has worked in different capacities within the thermal processing industry since 2003. In bringing these 17 years of experience, he currently plays a key role in a large internal heat treat department within John Deere.
