The facility will be opening soon and will be a central part of a new heat-treating center for aerospace and military components.

40 Under 40 Class of 2020 Highlights: Nathan Kult and Bryan Stern Heat Treat Today is privileged to oversee the 40 Under 40 recognition awards highlighting a group of young leaders rising up in the North American heat treat industry every year. The Class of 2020 is a high-achieving, motivated, and heart-felt group of significant contributors to the heat treat market. Here are two highlights from this year’s class. Nathan Kult is the brazing engineer at Riverside Machine and Engineering. He has been instrumental in modernizing and expanding the brazing capacity within the company over the last five years. Additionally, he takes initiative to own projects and has excellent follow through. Read more about Nathan here. Bryan Stern is the advanced development engineer at Solar Manufacturing. Bryan has demonstrated a great deal of understanding of the company’s business processes and has been instrumental in formulating significant improvements in this regard throughout the company.
