AD for Athletic Performance James Daley, the program’s goal is to provide student-athletes the tools to become their best physically and mentally, stating: “We place significant demands on our student-athletes when we ask them to wear Endicott on their chests. The best support we can give them is to help them holistically develop as humans in a way that sets them up for the rest of their lives. We’re here to win, but we care about them as people, and that’s something very special.” Daley hopes the launch can continue to grow the program through expanded space, more full-time staff and more concrete support.
