#7: AMCC Commissioner Donna Ledwin will retire after 23 years as the league’s only commissioner, effective at the end of June. Penn State Behrend Chancellor/AMCC Presidents Council Chair Ralph Ford: “Donna has been instrumental in shaping the AMCC into the thriving conference it is today. As our first and only commissioner, her vision and leadership over the past 20+ years have been invaluable. Notable: 53.3% of hires were external candidates, with 54.2% of those coming from DIII and 68.9% of ADs hired having no previous AD experience.
