SUNY Maritime selects Football HC Jamel Ramsay as its next AD just over a year after stepping into the HC post. Ramsay: “My vision as Athletic Director is rooted in the belief that athletics are a powerful extension of education. I am committed to building a culture that values character, accountability and holistic development. My time as Head Football Coach was instrumental in shaping that approach.” One of Ramsay’s first responsibilities will be to hire a new HC as he will step away from leading the Privateers on the gridiron.
