#8: Ithaca will conduct interviews with a dozen AD candidates over the next two days before bringing three finalists to campus May 12-14, according to The Ithacan’s David Schurter. The search committee consists of Men’s Basketball HC Waleed Farid, Women’s Soccer HC Melinda Quigg, Football student-athlete Josh Miles and Women’s Golf student-athlete Rheanna DeCrow. WittKieffer is assisting the Bombers with their AD search. #7: Saint Elizabeth will move from the United East to the Atlantic East starting in 2025-26. #6: Wisconsin-Stout AD Duey Naatz will retire after 15 years leading the Blue Devils, effective September 2. Chancellor Katherine Frank: “At each step of his career, Duey has had a meaningful impact on the Blue Devil athletics program and has supported the success of our student-athletes and the well-being of our entire campus community. #3: Pomona-Pitzer AD Miriam Merrill will depart after five years to return to Hamilton as Chief of Staff/Secretary to the Board of Trustees. Hamilton President Steven Tepper: “Miriam was chosen from an extremely strong and well-qualified pool of candidates. She impressed the search committee with her integrity, innovation, diverse experience in higher education, demonstrated ability to partner collaboratively with colleagues, and commitment to building productive relationships with a range of constituencies. #2: Bates hires Princeton (DI) Senior Assoc. AD for External Relations Stacey Bunting as its next AD, starting July 1. President Garry Jenkins: “Stacey Bunting's student-centered approach and demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive culture embody the values that define Bates. #1: Tufts AD John Morris will depart after a decade leading the Jumbos to become the first CEO of Collegiate Sports Connect. Tufts President Sunil Kumar: “For the past decade, Tufts’ student-athletes have reached new heights under John’s leadership. We are very grateful to John for the commitment to excellence that he has brought to the university, a commitment that has benefitted everyone in our community.
