#7: Wells AD Lindberg will retire after nine years leading the Express and be succeeded by Assoc. AD Ruckh. President Gibraltar: "I have had the great pleasure of working with Mike Lindberg for the past 8 years. After 23 years serving as a college president of three D-3 institutions, Mike is in a class by himself. He leads with passion and compassion. He knows our student-athletes better than any I have ever worked with. He will be very much missed by the Wells community and personally by me. I am confident that Tara will do an exceptional job as her leadership these past years has been terrific." (link)

#6: Grinnell selects Cal Lutheran AD Roepke as its new AD, starting July 1. Roepke: "It is meaningful to me to return to Grinnell College where I gained professional growth, now with a more extensive skill set to lead the efforts to weave athletics and recreation deeper into the fabric of experiences at Grinnell College. I value social innovation through community-driven collaborative partnerships, built on practices of equity and inclusive excellence, with sustainable efforts focused on short-term solutions and long-term systemic norms. ... #5: SAA Commissioner Gardiner will retire this month after leading the leave through its first dozen years. HCAC Assoc. Commissioner/SWA LaDew has been named Gardiner's successor. #4: Roanoke names Morehouse (DII) AD Campbell as its next AD, starting July 1. Campbell: "Roanoke College is devoted to student learning, student success and athletic excellence. I am impressed with the outstanding coaches, staff and student-athletes who are competing for ODAC championships. The athletic history, incredible facilities and warm community all drew me to this position. There are many new and exciting things happening at Roanoke College, and I can't wait to get started." #2: Berea will leave the CCS and join the HCAC in 2024-25, becoming the conference's 11th full-time member. HCAC Commissioner Jones: “Berea College is a welcome addition to our conference.
